We retain the services of a “Big Four” accountancy firm, McGrigors LLP, the Aspire Business Partnership LLP, and Qdos Consulting Ltd to ensure that our services are compliant with all current legislation.
In addition, we are one of only a handful of companies in the UK, and the only one in Scotland, to be Professional Passport Accredited. Professional Passport is recognised as the leading compliance body in the Contractor Accountancy and Umbrella Company sectors.
These achievements enable us to show that our services fall outside the tests described in the Managed Service Company Legislation, which should be considered by anyone supplying services to contractors. They also verify that our umbrella company is run in accordance with HMRC guidelines.
