Our people

We believe we have the best people working for us – a real mixture of personalities, skills and expertise. We want you to get to know them and they want to get to know you.

They are based in one of our three offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow, although some move between all 3!

Most of us have worked together for 3 and a half years and have formed a strong team. New recruits are trained so that they fully understand and follow the company ethos. Teamwork and co-operation is behind our approach to our clients too – at any one time you have up to 10 people all working for you.

In order to ensure you know who to speak to we always provide you with one main point of contact but over the course of our relationship you will get to know around half a dozen people. This ensures that there are always people with the appropriate skills on hand to help whenever you need it!
